DESCRIPTION:Every Thursday at 1pm. Ridhima Hedge is an experienced yoga teacher with her 200 YTT certificate. Her classes are meditative and open for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel\, it will be on the lawn section of La Plaza Community Garden: 9th st and Avenue C. Suggested donation is $15. Part of the proceeds go to supporting the community gardens.
